Departing

Todays the day! Leaving for my 4.5 month trip in 15 mins! In apprixametly 24 hours, I will be in Kenya! Feeling both excited and nervous, wish me luck. Hopefully I'll make sure to keep this updated with all the cool things I do, experience, and learn! Wish me luck.

    4.5 months!! Seeing the time in writing makes it hit home. You should be able to speak Kikuyu by then! The trip is gutsy, and I trust it will be well worth it. You'll never see good ol USofA the same way again. They recently passed a new constitution, so the climate is a lot freer than when I was growing up there. That's another topic to talk to folks about. And always remember, "Pole Pole" Alfred
